So, here we are at the end of another month and almost halfway through the year. And, I have officially gained back 10 lbs of the 20 that I had lost. Not the direction that I want to go! I've been pretty lazy this week, not working out at all. Weight stayed the same. This week I'm going to attempt to get back to working out. I'm going to TRY to do something aerobic in the morning and do P90X in the afternoon. Stay tuned!

Home from vacation! We had a great time and got some working out in. We went for a couple 6 mile bike rides, kayaked one day and walked around quite a bit. I didn't really worry about what I ate too much. Several days we had a late lunch and just a snack for dinner. Thankfully I didn't gain any weight, just the same as last week.

Alternatley titled "the one I wrote in Seattle"! This week has been ok. Rode bikes a couple days and not much else. Ended up gaining a pound this week and now we are in Seattle on vacation for a week. The plan is to kayak, bike ride and maybe use the gym at the hotel...that's the plan anyway!

So, after writing my post last Sunday I proceeded to get an awful cold. I was really bad at the beginning of the week and am still trying to get over it. So, not much excercise happened last week (actually I can't remember doing anything). I did lose 2 1/2 lbs, so that was a good thing! My goals this week are to do something physical every day this week and to try to eat better. Next week we are off to Seattle on vacation so who know what will happen!

It's May!! How did that happen? Well, I don't have too much to say except that in the past two weeks I've gained 4 pounds...yeah, I'm up 8 since my lowest in December. Not really the direction that I want to go. I'm feeling pretty bummed about it and it's going to be hard to get it off again, I know. Did the elliptical once this week and rode my bicycle two miles, three times this week. This week I'm going to try to ride my bike at least three times and do cardio and wieghts three days. The saga always continues...
