Happy Easter! It's been a challenging week as far as diet and exercise go. I haven't worked out for a couple weeks. I'm having a hard time getting back into it. I did lose 1 pound this week but I'm still 4 pounds up from my lowest weight. I found a website to keep track of calories burned and consumed and I'm going to try it this week. According to the websites calculations it should take me until August 2011 to reach my goal. So, I'm going to attempt to do better this week.
