First week of June was...a bust as far as exercise and weight loss. I didn't work out at all. I didn't gain any weight, but didn't lose any either! Again, I am going to really try to work out this week and I guess that's all I can say, I'm going to try...
I've been a daughter for 47 years, a wife for 28, a mom for 27 and a grandma since Jan. 09. I have five beautiful, smart daughters, one adorable grandson, one sweet little granddaughter and the best husband ever! I'm a happy, happy wife now that my hubby has returned from his second one-year deployment and I'm working on figuring out how to be the best "me" I can be in this next stage of life.
