I started this blog as a way to keep track of how I'm feeling, what I'm eating, and the excerise I'm doing in an attempt to get myself to a healthy place.

Yesterday was a pretty good day. Ate pretty well, (except for those darn crackers & butter, arg). 20 min on the elliptical, 30 min on the wii fit. Still feeling sort of hopeless about all of it but I'm trying to be postive and NOT fear! I can do this!!
I've been a daughter for 47 years, a wife for 28, a mom for 27 and a grandma since Jan. 09. I have five beautiful, smart daughters, one adorable grandson, one sweet little granddaughter and the best husband ever! I'm a happy, happy wife now that my hubby has returned from his second one-year deployment and I'm working on figuring out how to be the best "me" I can be in this next stage of life.
