This was a good week. I didn't work out, didn't really worry too much about what I ate and just enjoyed the time to spend with my daughter, grandson and son-in-law. I really want to lose this weight but I refuse to let it consume me and rob me of living life.
I used my new scale this week and will start from today using it. I've also made a new ticker. I decided to divide my goals into four parts so it's not so daunting which means that my first goal is 30 lbs.
I'm going to try to work out some this week and I realize that I'm kind of rambling so I guess that's all for now...
