Well, it's the last week of July...yeah, it's the last week of July. This past week I have not worked out and blah, blah, blah... Wow, I think I might need an attitude change! My pulled hamstring is feeling a little better but I still can't straighten out my leg when I have it raised. Actually I can straighten it, I just can't lean over it if that makes any sense. This week I gained 1.8 lbs. So, this week I am going to set a goal to work out at least 4 days but I would really like to do 6, so, we shall's definately a journey.
